The main goal is evaluating of a method
for issuing flood warnings with an acceptable accuracy, in night
time in automatic regime. From informatics side should be developed
a hardware-software system for complex processing of radar, satellite
and surface observation data, partly in automatic regime. From hydrological side are necessary the high resolution
precipitation amount maps based on few surface observations, and
the prediction of dangerous flood situations based on these maps
and run-off models.
