The Institutional Questions of the Knowledge Based Economy

The New Economy changes the nature of human relations as well as economic agents’ system of connections. The sudden spread of knowledge-based economy, changes in the type and obtainability qualification lead to radical behaviour changes in business, everyday life, public administration and the civil sphere, as well as in professional politics. Of the modifications in agents’ behaviour and the increasing number of identity problems, the members of the research group wish to analyse in detail and propose suggestions for the ones related to the economy, education and qualification.
